Flying is a big topic for me at the moment. My fiancé and me finally booked our flight to Bangkok for the end of October. I'm already so excited—I've never left Europe so far. I think I won't be able to sleep one month before departure. Travelling fever! The drawing above was a quick sketch taken from my sketchbook. I added colour and pattern digitally. I like how you can still see my handwriting which was pressed through from the page after.
What I do quite often these days is exploring our garden. When I took a little tour the other day, I discovered wild strawberries, blossoming climbing plants and a massive thistle which I hadn't seen before. When backpacking in Southeast Asia, I'll need one of these fauna & flora guides to know which plant or spider I'm going to meet.
